WECHA’s governing documents establish the Association’s structure, responsibilities, property standards, and procedures. Homeowners are encouraged to review these documents and contact the Board with questions.
The Original Declaration and Founding Documents should be reviewed together with the Current Amendments to the Declaration. If a provision has been amended, the applicable amendment controls.
