Committee Chair: Shanna Johnson.
The Landscape Committee supports the care, appearance, and long-term health of WECHA’s common landscaped areas. The committee identifies maintenance needs, recommends improvements, and helps the Board evaluate proposed landscape projects.
The Landscape Committee may:
• Identify common areas requiring maintenance, repair, or replacement
• Obtain information and recommendations from landscape contractors
• Present proposed work to the WECHA Board for review
• Help plan and participate in approved neighborhood landscape projects
• Support the safety and appearance of Association-maintained areas
Final decisions and expenditures are subject to Board approval.
Landscape reports and other available committee materials may be provided below. WECHA also welcomes homeowners interested in helping with occasional projects or participating on the committee.
