The Architectural Control Committee reviews proposed exterior property changes to help maintain the appearance and character of The Woods at Elm Creek. Homeowners should review WECHA’s governing documents and applicable standards before beginning a project.
Many exterior modifications require prior written approval from WECHA. Depending on the project, this may include changes involving structures, roofs, siding, fences, decks, landscaping, solar installations, and other exterior improvements.
Submit your plans before purchasing materials, signing construction agreements, or beginning work. Approval by WECHA does not replace any permits or approvals required by the City of Champlin.
Review the applicable WECHA requirements before submitting your project. If you are uncertain whether approval is required, contact the Architectural Control Committee before beginning your project.
