Resale & Title Information

Realtors, title companies, homeowners, and other authorized representatives may use this page to request property-specific resale information from The Woods at Elm Creek Homeowners Association.

WECHA is not part of or subject to a master homeowners association.

A resale package generally includes:

• A completed property-specific resale disclosure
• WECHA’s declaration and current amendments
• Articles of incorporation and bylaws
• Current rules or standards, if applicable
• Current assessment and account information for the property
• Current budget and other applicable Association information
• Confirmation that WECHA has no master association

Completed certificates and account information are not posted publicly because they contain property-specific information.

Before You Order

Please have the following information available:

• WECHA property address
• Current homeowner or seller name
• Requester’s name, company, role, email address, and telephone number
• Anticipated closing date
• Email address where the completed package should be delivered
• Confirmation that the requester is the homeowner or is authorized to act for the homeowner

A $100 preparation fee applies to each resale disclosure package. After we receive your request, WECHA will prepare the required documents and email the completed package along with an invoice for the $100 fee.
