WECHA is not part of or subject to a master homeowners association.
A resale package generally includes:
Completed certificates and account information are not posted publicly because they contain property-specific information.
Before You Order
Please have the following information available:
• WECHA property address
• Current homeowner or seller name
• Requester’s name, company, role, email address, and telephone number
• Anticipated closing date
• Email address where the completed package should be delivered
• Confirmation that the requester is the homeowner or is authorized to act for the homeowner
Incomplete information may delay processing. An applicable preparation fee of $100 will be invoiced.
