Fees Information

WECHA may assess certain fees related to late payments, returned payments, property transactions, and other administrative matters. The information below summarizes the fees that may apply to homeowners.

Existing Homeowners

The annual WECHA assessment is currently $160 per property. This is the only regular Association charge for existing homeowners who remain current on their account.

Property Sales and Title Changes

When a home is sold or its title changes, a $100 move-in fee is charged to the seller. An amount equal to three times the current annual dues is charged to the buyer at settlement. Based on the current annual assessment of $160, that amount is $480.

Other Potential Charges

Late-payment charges and accrued interest may apply to past-due balances. From time to time, WECHA may also approve a special assessment to fund a specific Association project. Special assessments are uncommon and would be communicated separately to affected homeowners.
