WECHA’s volunteer committees help maintain our neighborhood, review proposed property improvements, and welcome new homeowners. Committee participation is an excellent way to meet neighbors, contribute your experience, and help shape our community.
Supports the care, appearance, and improvement of WECHA’s common landscaped areas.
Reviews proposed exterior property changes for consistency with WECHA’s governing documents and architectural standards.
Helps introduce new homeowners to the neighborhood and provides useful Association information.
