Annual homeowner dues fund WECHA’s ongoing responsibilities, including common-area maintenance, insurance, administrative expenses, professional services, and other costs necessary to operate the Association.
The WECHA annual assessment is $160 per property. Invoices are issued annually in June. The assessment applies to the calendar year beginning January 1 and ending December 31.
QuickBooks Online is WECHA’s preferred payment method. Homeowners receive an electronic invoice by email each June. To pay online, use the secure payment button included in your individual QuickBooks invoice.
Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date. Late fees and accrued interest may apply to past-due balances.
