Annual Budget

Each year, the WECHA Board prepares and approves an annual budget to fund the Association’s anticipated operating, administrative, and maintenance expenses. The budget helps the Board responsibly manage homeowner assessments while planning for current and future needs. 

Annual assessments fund the Association’s ongoing responsibilities, including common-area maintenance, administrative expenses, insurance, professional services, and other costs necessary to operate WECHA.
