WECHA Community Updates
Thank you for helping make The Woods at Elm Creek one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Champlin. We appreciate your continued involvement, volunteer spirit, and commitment to maintaining the quality and character of our community.

Homeowner Contact Registry
WECHA is transitioning to a paperless communication and invoicing system. To ensure you continue receiving annual dues invoices, HOA announcements, and important neighborhood updates, please register or update your contact information using our new Homeowner Contact Registry. Whether you are new to the neighborhood or simply updating your information, we encourage all homeowners to complete the registry.

Annual Meeting Recap
The 2026 WECHA Annual Meeting was held on May 17 at the Champlin Ice Forum. Thank you to everyone who attended and participated in the discussion. Meeting minutes, committee reports, and HOA updates are now available for review.

Annual Dues
Annual dues invoices will be distributed in June. The 2026 annual assessment is $160 per household. As part of our transition to a new accounting system, homeowners will receive invoices through our new electronic billing platform. More information will come soon.

Volunteer Opportunities
WECHA is actively seeking volunteers for committee and board positions. Volunteering is a great way to meet neighbors, stay informed, and help shape the future of our community. Whether you have a few hours each year or are interested in serving in a leadership role, we would love to hear from you.

Welcome to The Woods at Elm Creek

Homeowners Association Website!

Welcome to the website for the homeowner members of The Woods at Elm Creek.  The association's board members intend to use it as a tool to improve communications with our members and community.  Look for current contact information for each board member, a listing of requests made to the board and the status of the requests, board meeting minutes, the association's annual budget, board activities, a copy of The Woods at Elm Creek Homeowners Covenants, upcoming events, friendly links to helpful information, and an easy way to contact the board with suggestions, comments, inquiries, etc.  We welcome your input on ways to use the site and information that you would like to see posted.
